School Visits, Writers Workshops

If you’re looking for a speaker for a workshop, classroom, or library, I can prepare a presentation based on your needs, and I welcome topic requests. Whether it’s sharing the basics of newspaper reporting with an elementary school class or taking part in a writers conference speakers panel, I love to share what I know and I love to learn from others.

Virtual visits by Web cam, phone, or other technology: Charges will be based on an hourly rate.

Personal appearances: Travel expenses, such as transportation, lodging, and meals, must be provided. The honorarium may be negotiated, based on the amount of travel required.
